My name is João Duarte. I'm a Motion Graphic Designer based in Porto, Portugal.

An enthusiast about all the phases to the creative process when it comes to design and arts. A humanist designer with 360º approach to problem solving, using creativity as a society shifter.

My focus is on building narratives, finding solutions for good aesthetics and improving the creative workflow.

I graduated from ESAD - Caldas da Rainha in 2021, with a Sound & Image degree. During that period, I also collaborated with Canal180, producing editorial content for the channel. After college I decided to join Happeo, a digital workplace platform, based in Amsterdam and then to Getboarded in Aveiro.
Two tech companies where I worked as a creative and content creator.

Currently working as Motion Designer for Lightbox - Films and Advertising.

A minimalist, nature lover and inherently curious with a desire to learn new things.
